Ancestral Healing Days

Monthly Limpia Clinic

……………………………………………………

Ancestral Healing Days is a donation based walk in “clinic” providing spiritual healings.

Note this limpia clinic doesn’t work necessarily with directly fixing physical health conditions, as we are not trained doctors. Instead the clinic’s emphasis is towards addressing spiritual and emotional ailments, which in fact later often turn into physical heath problems. In 2024 this will start as a monthly to quarterly offering.

All people are invited to participate.

This project is run by Nana Xochiketzalli and Sandra Castro Alavarez; Practionior’s of Curanderismo.

Coyolxauhqui Coming of Age Rites

Annual coming of age initiation rites for girls who have recently received their 1st moontime / menstruation.

This is a donation based offering and exchange for young girls & their mothers to participate in a sacred rite of passage.

Summer 2024

June: Saturday 8th, July: Saturday 13th, August: Saturday 10th

This project is run by Nana Xochiketzalli, Sandra Castro Alvarez, & Araceli SalvaTierra.

Community Ceremonies

Nana Xochiketzalli and her partner Dustin Roberto have been leading free community ceremonies in Humboldt County since 2012.

They offer monthly traditional ceremonies based in indigenous tradition and Xochiketzalli’s offerings come from the Mexica & Maya tradition.

Join them @ Spirit Medicines Folk Healing Center or in their home for monthly Ceremonial Song Circles, Monthly Sweatlodges / Temezcalli, or Monthly Womxn’s Full Moon Ceremony + Quarterly Community Mayan Fire Ceremonies.

All community ceremonies are always free, tho donations are welcome to help cover costs of materials.

All people & ages are  invited to participate.
